RICHE stands for Recovery, Independence, Creativity, Harmony and Employment. The goal of the project is to instill values that members can identify and be motivated towards an improved quality of life.

Recovery is the process of gaining a new positive self image while considering the limitations of an illness. Independence is being able to choose and be self reliant in the environment of our choice. Creativity is true life’s expressions; making changes in every imaginable way. Harmony is a balance or agreeable combination of the different aspects of our lives and environment. Employment is being able to earn income, self respect and self worth.
