Simei Care Centre also provides clinical services to all the clients. The clinical services provided are as follow:

• Admission and Reviews 
• Case Management 
• Counseling 
• Medication Matters

Upon admission to Simei Care Centre, primary assessment of the client will be conducted within the first 4 weeks. This includes assessing the client’s mental health status, psychosocial status, personalized status and their interpretive summary. The case managers or counselors will also conduct ongoing assessments for clients through various workshops conducted by the centre or through the individual counseling sessions. Individual counseling sessions are also conducted regularly to help clients in achieving the goals they have set for themselves. An external panel of volunteer psychiatrists, doctors and clinical supervisor will also review the client’s conditions on a regular basis.
